While the bathroom is a very popular room for bathing, showering, using the toiletries, or just preparing for the day, it is also a room perfect for relaxation. Everyone in the house will enjoy a bath for one reason or another.

Bathrooms that are complete with a bath tub are definitely a privilege. They come in many different sizes and shapes. They are made in plastic, steel, and for the higher end bathtubs marble or tile. The person taking a bath decides what function it is providing for them.

The children in a family find the bath tub to be a great exploring ground. Fill it up with some lukewarm water and let their imaginations go wild. They will likely want to play in the bath tub until their little toes and fingers are wrinkled. Add age appropriate toys to the bath tub and sit back and listen and watch the magic take place.

A three year old boy will definitely enjoy a toy submarine placed into the water. They will take that submarine on a deep sea adventure that you will never believe. There will be imaginary under water animals that they play with and scuba divers that will make the excitement that much more fun.

A two year old can play for hours with just a few army men slipped in to bath tub with them. The smallest voices will be telling you stories and adventures that the army men are on. They will use their imaginations to dream up all kinds of things that excite them and keep them thinking.

At the age of seven or eight boys tend to be more sophisticated. Do not worry about them not wanting to play with the army men any more, they will enjoy playing with some bath markers. The bath markers allow the child to write on themselves and the walls. The cleanup is easy with just some water to wipe it off so it is very good practice for their writing and reading.

Giving them a deep bubble bath with a few plastic race cars will also give them a great imagination work out. Their imaginations will take them to a car race where the bubbles are hiding the occupants from other competitors. Leave it to a child to tell you all about the underwater cars that are coming in the future.

Even the adults enjoy a nice long bath occasionally. They slip in to the water to escape the emergencies of the day and the stresses of everyday life. They may bring in a book and some candles and disappear for a couple hours just taking some time out for themselves.

The candles and the book will definitely give you the relaxation time that you deserve. You work hard on a daily basis and some days are truly harder than others. When you take the time to unwind in the beautiful garden bath tub, you will surely come out of the bathroom feeling refreshed and ready for the next challenge.

Taking a bath can be helpful in many different ways. Whether young or old, the person in the bath tub will feel free to enjoy it in the way that they see fit. If it is with bath toys and imagination, so be it. If it is with a good book and candles, go ahead. The bath is made for you to use in whatever fashion you decide best.
