Fires are obviously dangerous, but where a fire takes place can make it even more dangerous. One of the worst places to be is an area with a lot of people.

If there is a fire in a building that is usually crowded, such as a subway, hospital, or school, then the chances of someone getting hurt are increased. These places are always crowded with people and children, and there is hardly any room to move or get out fast. People tend to panic. They will try to get out as fast as they can and can get stuck because they are trying to get out all at once, which causes them to get trapped.

If a club is on fire and there are too many people in it, it will be painful to get out because there is not enough space to move and not enough exits in the building to get out. There are too many things in the way that people can run into or trip over, which will cause them to fall and get stepped on. The smoke can trap you as well by making it hard to see while the fire gets worse by the minute.

An underground subway is hard to get out of if there is a fire because it is crowded, and there is not much room to move in. The fire travels fast and can cause a massive explosion, which will definitely kill a lot of people because they cannot get out in time. There can be hundreds to thousands of people in there with no space to move because they are all trapped like sheep.

It might be difficult to get some patients out of a hospital because a lot of them are bedridden, cannot walk, or will not be awake to get out of the building. It has so many floors and it is crowded due to all the people going in and out of there. If they have a fire not many people can get out quick enough. The staff will have to carry them out, but it is hard to do that. They don't have enough people to do that and many people may not survive the fire.

Schools have a lot of big kids and little kids in them and a lot of teachers so it can be hard to get them out fast enough. Little kids especially need to be lined up and kept watch over at all times. The faculty will need to get them to an exit, which can take a while to do if there are a lot of kids. It also will depend on where the fire is at in the building.
